As we already know that after Innovation Pack 2013, Oracle has started monthly release in patchset.
In layman terms, what these patchset does ?
Actually its a way of resolving Open UI bugs what reported by people like us. And way of enhancing Open UI features like View PR added in patchset 3.
Well I am looking for View PR so started a search, how to get and install these patchset. Finally got it…
Its deployment is same as what we did to install 8.1.1.0 as base and then apply patch of 8.1.1.11. So, pre requisites is Siebel 8.1.1.11 installed on your system.
Steps to follow:

- Go to Oracle support and download patchset 5
- Unzip in a folder and run image creater
- After getting executables, run Client exe and point 8.1.1.11 Client as base.
- Similarly for tools point 8.1.1.11 tools as base

thats all, I know its a high level explanation. But its same as installing Siebel 8.1.1.11, so you should follow this first.
Still working on this, will update if I would face any trouble further.
